• Emails you send us. If you contact us, we keep the message so we can reply and follow up. Writing to us does not add you to any list.
• Anonymous usage statistics. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which guides are read and where visitors arrive from, in aggregate. We do not build individual advertising profiles, and we never sell data — to anyone, ever.

Cookies

This site is a simple static website. It uses, at most, the minimal cookies needed for basic analytics and site function. We do not run advertising trackers or cross-site behavioural advertising. If analytics tooling changes, this page will say so before it happens.

What we will never do

• Sell or rent your email address or personal data.
• Email you marketing you didn't ask for.
• Collect health information. This site offers planning tools, not healthcare, and we do not ask about diagnoses, medication, or treatment.

Your rights

Your data is yours. Email us at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted entirely. We will action requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it's done.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects you — especially anything about email before products launch — we'll update this page, change the date at the top, and where the change is significant, email the people affected before it takes effect.
